Shipping Policy

At JF Prime Store, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take between 1 and 3 business days.

Tracking All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent to your email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Partial Shipments If you purchase more than one item, they may be shipped in separate packages. In these cases, you will receive a unique tracking code for each shipment.

Customs and Taxes In rare instances, international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Address Please review your shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase. JF Prime Store is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or the absence of a recipient. If a package is returned to the sender for these reasons, the costs for a new shipment will be the customer's responsibility.
