Refund Policy
At JF Prime Store, our priority is your satisfaction. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return based on the conditions below.
Deadlines

Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

Visible Damage: For broken glass, missing parts, or scratches, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. After this period, damage will be considered the result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered (e.g., resizing a bracelet). Once the product is inspected and approved, you may choose:

Exchange for another item in stock.

A full refund of the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty All products include a 30-day warranty. To activate it, send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label.
The warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracks, drops).

Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.
