How do I make a purchase? Visit our website, choose your product, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store? No, we sell exclusively online to ensure the best prices and variety.
Where do you ship? We ship internationally. Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long does delivery take? Processing: 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days. You will receive a tracking code via email once dispatched.
What are the payment methods? We accept major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay (including Apple/Google Pay where available).
Can I pay on delivery? Currently, we only accept online payments through our secure checkout.
Can I change my order or address? We can only edit or cancel an order before it is processed. Contact fjmsouzaa@gmail.com immediately for changes. Once shipped, modifications are not possible.
Why did I only receive part of my order? If you ordered items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking codes.
What if my delivery is delayed? Check your tracking status first. If the 12 business day window has passed, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
